I just had to let you know how much I appreciate you and your company Citrus Solutions! It is very rare that you find a company and an owner who have as much passion, knowledge and most importantly are so trustworthy.
The many times I have called Citrus Solutions because my dog has had an accident on the white dining room rug. (A custom carpet, that I waited years for!) and I thought it would never come out. Then you, Georgia came out, several times, and not only got the stain out, left me details on what you had done to the carpet. Over the top!
I love the fact that I completely trust you in my home. There are very few people I ever let in my home, without being there.

| We have lived in our home for about 3 years, have two active children and three dogs. Our carpets are not in bad shape, but definitely needed some attention. In particular, the off white area rugs in our dining room and keeping room were showing stains and wear. When Georgia made the appointment to clean our carpets, she told me that when I got home that day she wanted me to feel like a queen. Well, she had it right on the money! When I walked in the door I could instantly smell the clean. Walking on the carpets in my bare feet was a treat, it felt like each fiber was individually softened. | You would not believe how bad the family room was, terribly spotted, and upstairs right outside the hall bathroom, Shannon spilled something years and years ago, and then used a product to try and get it out and of course that made the spot soooooooooooooooooo much worse. We had tried everything to get that spot out. So anywho, we had out carepts cleaned the other day and the carpets look almost brand spanking new!

I just wanted to write an email and thank you for your services you and your staff preformed last week on my rental home .
The carpet, while not torn, was very spotty with soft drink, kool-aid and food stains. I was amazed that the carpets came as clean as fresh as they did.
Having used other carpet cleaning services/people , including my own machine from Target, I was sure your services while valuable would do no better than my previous experiences.

Therefore, as you saw and smelled the urine and fecal matter stains and soiled areas were a mess.
With mygood power wash and your Benefect it was fresh and new again.
That was as awesome to me as the inside cleaning.
