The only time a price will change is when a customer adds additional rooms or additional services are requested after we arrive. As always, we guarantee our phone quotes and additional requested services will be calculated based on the prices as stated. Benefect (Broad Spectrum Disinfectant) can be requested for for treating "sick homes" and problematic pet odors, mildew, and bacteria. Benefect is made from botanical plant extracts. No synthetic fragrances, ammonia or chlorine. Treatment cost is an additional $20.00 per room.
