More information...
Field Operations Manager/Technician
Do you find satisfaction in delivering a superior customer experience out in the field? How about operating equipment? Can you quickly walk through changing work environments while focusing on details to plan the work flow and then swiftly execute with efficiency? Can you work alone without someone looking over your shoulder telling you what needs to be done next? Are you clear about your personal values and leadership style? Will you look me in the eye and guarantee, that unconditionally superior service was delivered on time to my customers and they were not given a reason to look for another company, every day without excuses?
Can you begin with zero and commit to building business to survive happily on 35K, and then catch your second wind to bump the numbers up? I know I am asking for a lot from you here, but then we are in challenging times. It’s not without risk, but then success will be met with appropriate reward. Can you take-up such a challenge? Does your experience tell you it’s rare to find money, name and the ability to really make a difference in the world all wrapped together? In short, are you my new Field Operations Manager/Technician?
Now before you get all worked up and send me an e-mail explaining how you can do all this because of all your experience, let me say it ain’t gonna happen that way. My new Field Operations Manger has no experience in my market. If you don’t want to start at the beginning with good part-time money, work hard so that in a short-time (weeks) you are working full-time with me, then quit reading; you and I have nothing to talk about.
If you don’t live in Lawrenceville or if you need us to provide health insurance (that doesn’t mean we are not thinking about your retirement), those would be other reasons to quit reading. I see you’re still reading. Okay. Now you are probably wondering what you are going to do to make the 35K or more happen faster. Good question. You are going to think, use your communication skills, and physical strength and stamina to get a good kind of tired by the end of the day. That is different than exhaustion and being boring as a way of life. Oh, I forgot to tell you, your new position is all about making a difference in the environment and we are securely anchored in the new economy. And, if we have a problem with equipment you are the person that will have to get it figured out and fixed. Pronto. Are you beginning to understand this job? It’s hectic. But you’re going to be working with building natural beauty in the environment. That’s always a plus. And you’re going to love your co-workers. Maybe one day after a schedule of service calls you’ll pitch in to help create sample bottles, and then when you are done you will prepare equipment for the next day. Bottom line: anything and everything is “your job.” We have one person here who is trying to do the work of 8. When you get here, we’ll have two people do the work of 20. The 10 people whose jobs you’ll be doing are the ones who make sure all the field work is done with superior results and knows we will stake and then take the territory.
If it relates to CitruSolution in the field, it’s your domain. But never, ever forget: If I wake up on Monday morning and 100% of my business was not delivered as trained, you’re fired. Please know, I am not kidding. Can you swing this hammer? Pansies and whiners need not apply. Convince us that you’re the person we need. Send your resume to: info@citrusolution.biz
